Hancock's Neighborhood Market

As you know, Hancock’s Neighborhood Market has locations in Cadiz and Princeton. Both feature the same great service, great prices and friendly faces. One thing unique about Hancock’s is that each one is owned by one of the Hancock girls. Mallory in Cadiz and Allison in Princeton and each one of them is very competitive and, if that’s not enough, each one has a son playing football!!  So that’s where the Highway 139 Bowl comes into place. Trigg County and Caldwell County have always been big border rivals. The road that takes you from one community to another is Highway 139.
The two teams played for the first time in 1938, so it’s been a long road (no pun intended). On Friday, September the 13th (yes Friday the 13th)  the two teams will meet once again!!  But on Thursday September the 12th from 6-8, there will be a Highway 139 Bowl Tailgate party at Toll-Gate Plaza in Cadiz. WKDZ will broadcast live. The Trigg County Wildcat Football Team and Cheerleaders will be there. Wildcat Chevrolet will be there providing some tailgates for the party!!  We’ll have pizza from Gary’s Main Street Pizza,
hot dogs from Cumberland Place, A Raye of Sunshine Salon will do black and white hair tinsel and Wildcat paws on your nails!!
You’re invited to come on out and help us tailgate and cheer our Trigg County Wildcats to victory over the Caldwell County Tigers….Oh and there’s a big trophy at stake!!  Whichever county wins get to keep the trophy (displayed in a nice case) at Hancock’s Neighborhood Market til they meet again!!
