The mandated "partner" agencies include:

The comprehensive Career Centers are located in Hopkinsville, Madisonville, Mayfield and Paducah. The WKWIB, conjunction with other key partners, also  established a special dislocated worker service center in Murray and Mayfield, Kentucky to assist individuals affected by the numerous layoffs occurring in that region. The Career Centers provided 189,000 services to individuals and businesses from July 2006 - March 2007. Other affiliate sites are located  throughout the area.
